1. Operator and service
These terms govern use of Q&A, operated under the business name UserFlyn, a Texas, United States sole proprietorship ("UserFlyn," "we," or "us"). Contact us through @stevecooks on Whop, identifying your message as Q&A support. UserFlyn is not described here as a separate limited-liability company.
Q&A lets community members submit free or paid questions, with optional images and an anonymous-display option, and lets authorized community administrators answer them. Q&A is a communication tool, not a promise of access to a particular individual, an appointment-booking service, an emergency service, a bank, or an escrow service.
Whop provides the surrounding platform and payment services under its own terms. Community operators are responsible for the services, representations and answers they provide. Their additional terms must not conflict with mandatory rights or applicable platform rules.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must comply with Whop's applicable age and account requirements, have permission to access the relevant community, and have legal authority for purchases or business actions you undertake. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, obtain it. Do not use another person's account or payment method without authorization. Protect your account and promptly report suspected misuse.
3. Questions, payments and responses
Community administrators choose supported free/paid options and minimum prices. Review the price and any tax or fees displayed at checkout before paying. A paid submission is a one-time charge through Whop; it is not merely a card authorization waiting for an answer.
Unless the relevant creator expressly promises otherwise before purchase, a paid submission purchases delivery of a question/request for consideration. It does not guarantee a response, a response deadline, a particular person responding, a satisfactory answer, an outcome, or professional advice. A higher offer does not guarantee priority or acceptance. Creators remain responsible for honoring any specific commitments they make; these terms do not excuse misleading descriptions or nonperformance of such commitments.
Refund policy: we do not offer an automatic or discretionary refund solely because a question remains unanswered, except where the creator promised otherwise or applicable law or binding Whop/payment rules require a different result. Contact us for missing submissions, duplicate charges, or other service problems. Payment issues and disputes may also be raised through Whop's applicable support process. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback or other consumer rights. An unanswered-question policy does not authorize keeping payments for a submission the service never delivered.
This policy must be clearly disclosed before a new paid submission. It does not retroactively govern a payment made before the policy was presented. We do not assume that access to Q&A alone waives any statutory withdrawal right.
4. Administrator earnings and cashout
For eligible paid questions, the answering administrator's Q&A balance is credited only after the answer is successfully saved. Earnings are calculated from the question price after applicable payment-processing fees, then the app's 10% platform fee on the remaining amount, with cent rounding. Taxes are not question earnings. Review the available transaction breakdown. Actual fees vary by payment and may be estimated if provider fee data is unavailable.
The current minimum cashout is $10 in eligible available balance. Balances are scoped to the answering administrator and community. Cashout transfers an eligible Q&A balance through Whop; withdrawal from Whop to a bank or other payout destination is a separate Whop process. The app currently absorbs its outgoing transfer fee. Identity verification, provider availability, applicable restrictions, disputes and processing delays may affect payout. No statement here guarantees instant bank settlement.
Refunds, chargebacks, mistakes and fraud may require lawful balance corrections or recovery of related overpayments. We will provide an explanation of material adjustments where practicable. Administrators are responsible for applicable taxes and for honoring representations made to their members. Future fee changes require appropriate notice and do not retroactively alter completed purchases or accrued earnings.
5. Acceptable use and content
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, infringing, exploitative or fraudulent content; sexual content involving minors; sensitive personal information without appropriate authority; malware; spam; or content prohibited by Whop. Do not impersonate people, probe or bypass access controls, manipulate payments, or interfere with other users or the service.
You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant UserFlyn a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and support Q&A and comply with law, including using service providers for those purposes. This is not permission to use private conversations in advertising or AI training. You confirm you have the rights and permissions necessary for your submissions.
Community administrators must respect the privacy and rights of submitters, use their content only for providing the requested service and lawful related administration, and not publish private questions or identifying information without authorization.
6. Privacy and anonymity
The Privacy Policy explains information processing. Anonymous mode hides the submitter's displayed identity from community admins in Q&A, not from the operator, Whop or payment systems. Submitted content may itself reveal identity. Multiple authorized admins may access a conversation.
Q&A is not end-to-end encrypted. Image attachments currently use public URLs that may be accessible to anyone who obtains the URL, without authentication. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material. These disclosures do not waive legal privacy or security obligations.
7. Advice and third-party services
Answers are supplied by community administrators, not guaranteed or endorsed by UserFlyn. Verify important information independently. Q&A does not establish an attorney-client, doctor-patient, investment-adviser or other regulated professional relationship with UserFlyn. Do not rely on it for emergencies or time-critical medical, legal or financial decisions. Creators are responsible for their own qualifications and legal obligations.
As between UserFlyn and Whop, UserFlyn is responsible for Q&A, its support, and its handling of User Data. Except where Whop expressly states otherwise, Whop does not provide app installation/use assistance and is not responsible for faults or harm arising from this app. These provisions are subject to non-excludable legal rights and do not change Whop's separate obligations under its own agreements.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features and restrict misuse, fraud, security risks, legal violations or platform-policy violations. Whop may also restrict platform/API access, affecting Q&A. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes. We will handle outstanding purchases, eligible earnings and data obligations as required by law and applicable commitments. Suspension does not automatically forfeit valid earnings or mandatory refunds.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Q&A is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or accuracy of third-party answers. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, UserFlyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Subject to the exceptions below, aggregate liability for claims relating to Q&A is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid to UserFlyn for Q&A in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not cap money we already owe you as eligible earnings or required refunds, or exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death/personal injury where non-excludable, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
10. Disputes and other terms
Please first contact us so we can try to resolve a problem, without delaying any legal deadline or limiting emergency relief. Texas law governs these terms except to the extent mandatory consumer protections or other applicable law require otherwise. These terms do not impose a separate arbitration agreement or class-action waiver. Your separate agreement with Whop may have different provisions for disputes with Whop.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive future enforcement. We will identify updates by effective date and provide notice or obtain agreement where required. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to accrued rights or previously completed purchases.
