1. Who we are and how to contact us
Q&A is operated under the business name UserFlyn, a sole proprietorship based in Texas, United States ("UserFlyn," "we," or "us"). This policy covers our Q&A application on Whop, its supporting website, and support interactions. It does not cover every service offered by Whop or by the community in which you use Q&A.
For support, privacy requests, or concerns, message @stevecooks on Whop and identify your request as "Q&A support" or "Q&A privacy." Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or identity documents in an initial request. If you cannot access Whop, its Help Center can help with account access; Whop support is not a substitute for contacting UserFlyn about our practices.
2. Information processed by Q&A
- Whop account and access information: user identifiers, display names, usernames, profile images, company/community and experience identifiers, and membership or administrator status. We receive this information from Whop to authenticate users, restrict access, display profiles, and route notifications.
- Content you provide: questions, answers, image attachments and file metadata, anonymity preferences, timestamps, and support communications. Please avoid submitting sensitive information about yourself or other people.
- Payment and earnings records: payment identifiers, question prices, currencies, payment/refund/dispute status, fees, credits, balances, and cashout records. Whop sends payment events and processes payments. Events or authorized payment records may include billing/contact details or limited payment-method information, such as card brand and last four digits. Q&A does not provide its own card-entry form or store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Technical information: request and error logs, timestamps, browser/request information and network information processed by our hosting and security providers. Q&A also reads Whop's theme preference to display the interface correctly.
3. Why we use information
We use information to operate Q&A; authenticate and authorize users; deliver questions, answers and attachments; process and reconcile payments and earnings; send service notifications; respond to support and privacy requests; prevent abuse and fraud; troubleshoot problems; and meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service (balanced against your rights), legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Private questions, anonymity, and attachments
The Q&A interface restricts private question/answer conversations to the submitting user and authorized administrators of the relevant community. More than one community administrator may have access. UserFlyn and service providers may process or access this content as needed for operations, support, security or legal obligations. This is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service.
Choosing Anonymous hides your displayed identity from community administrators in the Q&A interface. It does not make you anonymous to UserFlyn, Whop or payment providers: an account identifier remains associated with the submission and transaction. Your wording, attachments, profile information disclosed elsewhere, or payment records may reveal your identity.
Attachment limitation: images currently use public file URLs. Anyone who obtains an image's direct URL may be able to view it without signing in. Do not upload confidential documents or sensitive images, and do not share attachment URLs unless you intend the recipient to access them. Restricting the conversation interface does not revoke copied image URLs.
5. Recipients and service providers
Information is disclosed as needed to the intended question recipient/community administrators; Whop for identity, access, checkout, transaction information, messages and notifications; Supabase for database, real-time updates and file storage; and Vercel for hosting and operational logging. Providers process information under their applicable agreements and policies. Whop and community operators may also act independently for their own services; review their notices separately.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a genuine business transfer subject to appropriate protections and applicable law. We do not grant community administrators permission to publish or misuse private questions.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context targeted advertising, or use Q&A data for advertising, audience analytics, or AI-model training. We do not export Q&A data for unrelated uses. Operational records needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the service, process payments, respond to your requests, or comply with law are used only for those purposes. This statement describes UserFlyn's practices, not the independent practices of Whop or community operators.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for the purposes explained here, taking into account whether it is needed to provide the service, resolve payments or disputes, maintain security, or satisfy legal obligations. Removing an app from a community is not the same as deleting a Whop account.
To request deletion, contact us using the profile above. Deletion requests are handled manually; Q&A does not currently provide a self-service account-deletion tool. Uninstalling Q&A does not immediately erase its stored records. We review deletion requests and retention needs under applicable law and Whop's requirements. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed under the relevant provider's retention process. We explain applicable limitations when responding and do not claim to delete records held independently by Whop or community operators.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. Contact the profile above and provide enough information to locate your account. We may verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing information. We will explain a denial and available appeal process, meet applicable deadlines, and not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You may also complain to your applicable privacy regulator. Whop account, payment and device-notification controls remain subject to Whop's systems and policies. Information another person lawfully retained outside Q&A may be outside our control.
8. Security and international processing
We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect information, but no service is risk-free. The attachment limitation above is important. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards must apply. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
9. Children and updates
Q&A is not directed to children under 13. Use is subject to Whop's applicable age requirements and any legally required parental permission. If you believe a child has provided information contrary to these requirements, contact us. Additional restrictions may apply to particular communities.
We may update this policy, identify the current effective date, and provide additional notice or seek consent when legally required. A policy update does not authorize an undisclosed new use of previously collected information.
